Prenatal & Postnatal Physical Therapy

Prenatal & Postnatal Integrative Physical Therapy may include:

  • Exercises to help postural alignment and body balance

  • Stress relief and relaxation training

  • Postpartum rehabilitation: correction of diastasis recti, correction of pelvic asymmetry, improvement of overall fitness, mobilization of scar tissue, core strengthening, c-section rehabilitation, treatment for back pain, pain with sex, neck pain, headaches, tendonitis (thumb, elbow, wrist), hip and sacral pain, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet, sciatica, and more.

Most women postpartum don’t get the physical care they need. Physical therapy can help reduce many of the common problems before, during, and after pregnancy. I am here to help you heal and thrive.

The benefits of postpartum care, as well as honoring the transition and new identity motherhood brings, are crucial for women’s wellbeing.

I design an individual program based on your pre-pregnancy health, obstetric history, and medical history.

MedicineWithin classes and coaching sessions are beneficial for postpartum moms too!
