$450 for 3 sessions (60 min each @ $150/session)

$840 for 6 sessions (60min each @ $140/session)

End of year discount: 3 coaching sessions for $255 ($95/session)

I am an out-of-network physical therapy provider. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

I use PayPal for online payments; other payment options include HSA, Credit Card, Cash, Venmo.
