Spine and Core Stabilization
Develop Power, Strength, and Grace with Core Training
A strong core is necessary for optimum performance and function. Traditional exercise and exercises inspired by Pilates and Yoga are used to facilitate core strength, improve postural alignment, flexibility, strength, balance, body awareness, and coordination. Strengthening the core builds abdominal and back strength from the inside out. Core strengthening engages the body and mind.

Bodymind Acupressure (Jin Shin Do)
Renew, Heal, and Restore with Acupressure
Elements from Japanese Acupressure, Five Element Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, and Taoist philosophy are blended into this healing technique. Light to moderate finger pressure is used to provide a deep state of relaxation that increases body-mind awareness along with facilitating muscular release.
